Chef Anthony Bourdain once said, “This is not a hot dog, it is another creature entirely.” Ben’s Original Half Smoke is a mixed beef and pork smoked sausage pack with flavor and wrapped in a natural casing for that classic taste and snap. Enjoy in a hot dog bun topped with yellow mustard, fresh chopped onions and Ben’s Hot Dog and Burger Chili Sauce.
